Dr. Britni Snow

Dr. Britni Snow provides individual therapy to adults and adolescents using an integrative approach including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational psychodynamic theory, and compassion-focused interventions. Dr. Snow strives to understand each individual’s unique constellation of experiences and identities, and tailors therapy sessions to fit each person’s specific needs. She strives to create a safe, collaborative, and open environment for her clients to cultivate psychological flexibility, build self-acceptance, and lead more fulfilling lives. Her specialties include treating anxiety, depression, college mental health, disordered eating, identity development, relational difficulties, trauma-related concerns, and family-of-origin issues.
Originally from Minnesota, she spent several years living in San Francisco and one year living in Bozeman, Montana where she completed her doctoral internship at the University of Montana. Dr. Snow enjoys spending time with her two dogs, exploring new hobbies, and basking under the sun whenever possible.
