Dr. Evone Zander offers individual therapy for teens and adults, utilizing evidence-based and mindfulness-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her specialties include anxiety and mood-related disorders, trauma and trauma-related concerns, workplace stress, and race-based stress. Dr. Zander’s therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, flexibility, and supportive accountability. She views therapy as a collaborative process, one that draws on clients’ strengths to help them lead more fulfilling lives, cultivate deeper comfort with their emotions, and enhance their connection to both themselves and others. Through therapy, individuals have the opportunity to explore and experiment with new behaviors and perspectives, fostering a life that is more secure, content, and meaningful.

Dr. Zander has received specialized training in providing evidence-based Trauma Treatment and enjoys working with individuals to reduce or resolve trauma symptoms and help them gain confidence to continue living fulfilled lives.

She spends her free time traveling, meditating, and spending time outdoors, especially on the water.
